Returns
Please return the item in the exact condition it was shipped to you with your receipt, including all hang tags and stickers firmly in place. Also include any packaging, warranty card, manuals, etc. If there are any signs of wear, we will refuse the return. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. There is no restocking fee. Please see below for return instructions.
Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for something else, we request that you call us to return your purchase for an Exchange for a different product.. Please see below for return instructions.
Defective Merchandise: In the case of a defective item, please contact us at loke.dr@gmail.com and we will assist you with your return.
Return Instructions:
Please send your return to the below address using the carrier of your choice. We recommend you insure it against loss and use sufficient packing material to prevent damage in transit. The item is your responsibility until it safely arrives at our facility. Address your package to "DLoke" omitting the high theft word "Watch" from any packaging. Once the return is received, please allow 5 business days for the return to process.

International Returns: If you are located outside the USA, follow the same instructions. For customs purposes, make sure you declare the item as a “return timer” to ensure we do not pay taxes on the return.
