INTERNATIONAL GUARANTEE
Your DLoke timepiece has been created in the workshops of Horological Works with the greatest care and meticulous execution for design and function, following the purest traditions of craftsmanship. It has successfully passed all our technical and aesthetic quality checks. It is found to be free of all defects and will provide great service for years to come.
Horological Works guarantees your DLoke timepiece against any manufacturing defects FOR ORIGINAL OWNER FOR A PERIOD OF THREE (3) YEARS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE under the terms and conditions of this guarantee.
The international guarantee applies only if the DLoke product has been purchased from a seller authorized by DLoke and that the defective product be presented with a dated guarantee card completed by an authorized DLoke retailer.
If your DLoke product shows manufacturing defect fault, we will repair it without charge. In this event, we ask you to contact your nearest authorized DLoke retailer or send it in appropriate packaging through registered and insured mail to:

LIMITATIONS AND EXCEPTIONS TO DLOKE INTERNATIONAL GUARANTEE
This guarantee does not cover:
This guarantee becomes void in the event of any manipulation, servicing, or repair of the product by any person not duly authorized by DLoke.
To be valid, the guarantee must be dated and signed and duly completed by the authorized DLoke dealer.
ALL APPLICABLE IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE GIVEN TO YOU BY LAW ARE HEREBY LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS GUARANTEE. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL DLOKE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND.
The terms of this guarantee do not affect consumers’ rights against the seller to mandatory guarantees acknowledged by the laws of the States of where the sale of the DLoke products took place.
Some States do not allow limitations on the duration or the exclusion of implied warranties or of incidental or consequential damages, so exclusions or limitations mentioned in this International Guarantee may not apply to you. This guarantee gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which may vary from state to state.
DLoke’s OBLIGATION IS STRICTLY LIMITED TO REPAIR AS EXPRESSLY STATED IN THE LIMITED GUARANTEE. YOUR AUTHORIZED
DLoke RETAILER alone CARRIES SOLE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY OTHER GUARANTEES.

LIMITATIONS AND EXCEPTIONS TO DLOKE INTERNATIONAL GUARANTEE
This guarantee does not cover:
- Loss, theft, accidents (including blows, shocks, crushing or the consequence of natural disaster) or acts of God.
- Damage to sapphire crystal.
- Damage to the strap.
- Damage to the case and/or the movement by allowing humidity to enter the case as the result of handling error.
- Damage resulting from inappropriate use, improper handling, lack of proper maintenance and/or normal wear and tear.
- Any defects or damage resulting from the addition of an accessory not originating from DLoke.
- Loss of water resistance after 24 months from date of purchase
- Damage resulting from any tampering with the watch from any party whatsoever save a duly authorized service center or retailer.
- No claim for damages or for subsequent cancellation of the sale or for subsequent reduction of the price will be considered.
